Are you kidding me? My son took us to the Roxy for Mothers Day. After being seated our waitress came back 30 minutes later after admitting she forgot about us and got our salads. 20 minutes later we got our food. needless to say, the food was cold, the order was wrong, and two people in our party ordered fish and got no tartar sauce with it. I asked the waitress, after noticing the other tables had rolls, what the butter was for on the table. She stated that it was for the rolls, but they ran out. She said we could use it on our baked potatoes (which we did not order) or on our steak.I then asked for ketchup for the french fries. She said she would be right back. She came back with the correction to the orders, but no ketchup. We had to go to another table and get a bottle.
If there was a rating below poor I would give it. The food was overpriced, not very good and the service was unacceptable. We will never return.

Super service, excellent foods, wide variety on menu! Professional servers, who seem to enjoy their jobs and each other! Will be back!
